As the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Lachman Enterprises Asset Management, he leads a premier family investment firm specializing in strategic portfolio stewardship across real estate, healthcare, public equities, and fixed income. Under his leadership, Lachman Enterprises remains committed to creating long-term value, driving financial innovation, and enriching lives through visionary investments and asset management.

Before establishing his proprietary fund, Dhamendra served as Managing Director and Head of Credit at Laurus and Valens Funds, overseeing a portfolio exceeding $2 billion in assets. His tenure at Laurus and Valens was preceded by a pivotal role as Vice President and Loan Team Leader at Wells Fargo Business Credit, where he played an instrumental role in expanding the portfolio from $75 million to $840 million, structuring complex financial transactions, and leading high-stakes loan restructurings.

 

With a career spanning Bank of America Business Credit and CIT Group, Dhamendra has built a proven track record in portfolio management, distressed debt restructuring, and corporate turnarounds. He has successfully led the workout and liquidation of over $2.5 billion in distressed loans, executing strategic recapitalizations and business sales across diverse industries and global markets.
